Aylin Somersan Coqui was elected as the second Vice-Chair of the CRO Forum during the previous CRO Forum Meeting.
Aylin is the Chief Risk Officer of Allianz Group since July 2020. She has worked at multiple Allianz subsidiaries since 2003, including Allianz Germany, Allianz Turkey, PIMCO, and Allianz Global Investors. Between 2013 and 2018, she served as CFO of Allianz Turkey and later as CEO of Allianz Turkey. After Aylin’s time as CEO, she served as a board member for Allianz Deutschland in 2019 and 2020 before accepting her current role as Chief Risk Officer.
Aylin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College with a double major in Economics and German and a minor in Applied Mathematics.
Aylin joins Andreas Märkert (Chair) and Peter Giger (first Vice-Chair) as chairpersons of the CRO Forum.
